Welcome to Cuporo, operated by HATAM TECHNOLOGY TRADING COMPANY LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Cuporo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please review them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. For products purchased from Cuporo, your seller is HATAM TECHNOLOGY TRADING COMPANY LLC, which remains responsible for fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Please provide accurate and complete information needed to process and deliver your order, including your name, delivery address, and contact details.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Please review each product’s specifications and care instructions for its intended use, cleaning requirements, and any stated limitations.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We accept an order when we confirm it for fulfillment.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may need to decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an address we cannot serve, a material listing error, or reasonable evidence of fraud or unlawful activity.

If an issue affects your order, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation and available options. We will not increase the confirmed price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will arrange a full refund of the amount collected for the canceled order. If no payment was collected, there is no payment to refund.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

We currently offer cash on delivery (COD). Advance payment is not required. Our authorized delivery partner collects payment when the order is delivered.

Customers may pay by cash or card at delivery. Cuporo does not charge an additional COD, collection, or card-payment handling fee.

Please ensure that you or an authorized recipient is available to receive the order and complete payment. If payment cannot be completed, the delivery partner may be unable to release the package. Contact us for assistance with the next steps.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to international destinations available at checkout.

Our standard estimates are:

  • Processing and dispatch: 1–2 business days after confirmation of a complete order.

  • Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.

  • Total estimated time: 4–7 business days after order confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Destination holidays, customs processing, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery estimates.

Standard shipping is free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$25.00 or more. Orders below US$25.00 have a US$8.00 shipping charge. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes or shipping.

Cuporo covers applicable international import duties and import taxes. If a carrier requests an additional customs-related payment, contact us before paying so we can review and resolve the request.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer an updated estimate when available and the option to cancel the unshipped order.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be handed to the return carrier within 7 calendar days of approval.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with their original product packaging and included components.

These ordinary return conditions do not restrict your rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

Return costs are handled as follows:

  • Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

  • Cuporo covers necessary return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • We do not charge restocking or additional return processing fees.

  • Original shipping charges paid for an approved return are refundable upon request by emailing hello@cuporo.us.

COD refunds are arranged manually by bank transfer, subject to any different method required by applicable law.

After receiving the return and confirming the necessary refund details, we inspect the item and initiate an approved refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank may require up to 8 additional business days, giving an estimated total of 10 business days. Actual bank posting times may vary.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a cancellation or address change, contact hello@cuporo.us as soon as possible.

We will confirm whether the request can be completed. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

For items already delivered, please follow our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully. You must not:

  • Place fraudulent orders or impersonate another person.

  • Submit information you are not authorized to use.

  • Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Interfere with the website’s security or normal operation.

  • Use website content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

Where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity, we may restrict website access. Such restrictions do not remove our obligations regarding existing orders or your applicable legal rights.

9. Website Content and Third-Party Providers

Our branding, photographs, text, and other website content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Commercial reproduction or distribution requires appropriate permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

We use third-party providers to support activities such as store operation, delivery, payment collection, and customer service. Their involvement does not remove Cuporo’s responsibilities concerning products we sell and orders we accept.

If you follow a link to an independent third-party website, review that website’s terms and privacy practices.

10. Shopify, Network Intelligence, and Privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information when you visit, interact with, and make purchases from our store.

We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. Through this feature, Shopify processes information about your interactions with our store, together with information about your interactions with other merchants and Shopify, to provide enhanced services. These services may include personalization, analytics, and advertising-related features.

Information you submit and information about your store activity are shared with Shopify and relevant third-party providers. These parties may be located in other countries, and your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to opt out of, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can learn about choices concerning Shopify’s processing through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

For questions or privacy requests concerning Cuporo’s processing, contact hello@cuporo.us and review our Privacy Policy. Shopify’s privacy portal addresses Shopify’s processing and does not replace requests or choices concerning Cuporo.

Accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional cookies, tracking, or advertising processing where separate consent is required by law.

11. Product Rights and Responsibility

Your purchases remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any product-specific promises or warranties provided at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods and product safety.

Temporary website interruptions or technical problems may occur. These do not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders, delivery issues, or approved refunds.

12. Questions and Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact hello@cuporo.us so we can review it and work toward a resolution.

Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising legally available rights, including contacting a payment provider, consumer protection authority, or court.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up mandatory consumer protections or other legal remedies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

Updates generally apply to future orders. We will not use an update to retroactively reduce the price commitments, delivery commitments, return eligibility, or refund rights associated with an existing order.

Where additional notice or agreement is required by law, we will follow those requirements.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
